This naturally powerful body-boosting smoothie is a combination of mango, banana, and spinach. Sweetened with bee pollen with a boost of protein from hemp seeds, your body will feel leaner, meaner, and ready to take on whatever life has in store.


  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup mango (frozen preferred)
  • 1/2 banana (frozen preferred)
  • 1 tsp bee pollen (optional)
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds ( or favorite plant protein powder)
  • 1 dropper full of CBD oil


Add ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. If consistency is too thin, add ice as desired.

This mocha-nut smoothie has chocolate flavors combined with a gentle dose of coffee gives this smoothie a sinful treat instead of a much-needed refueling recipe.


  • 1 cup frozen banana
  • ¼  cup raw cashews
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp carob powder
  • 1 tsp instant coffee
  • 12 ounces coconut milk
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 1 scoop of favorite protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1 dropper full of CBD oil


Place ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency.


2 Minute Brain Booster CBD-Rich Smoothie

This brain booster CBD smoothie is rich with avocado and blueberries. All ingredients used are known to have brain-boosting effects (check out Google, it’s definitely food for thought).

Thanks to the deliciousness that comes along with these nutrient-rich ingredients like pomegranate juice, you’re not sacrificing taste for benefits – you get it all.


  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice (or any berry juice)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled
  • half of an avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 dropper full CBD oil


Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until combined and smooth.  If the smoothie is too thick, add more juice. If the smoothie is too thin, add more ice.

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Channel your inner mythical creature with a colorful smoothie bowl that’s fun to make and eat. You can find the color-inspiring ingredient: blue spirulina powder (protein-rich powder made from blue-green algae) online and at your local natural foods store.

  • 2 frozen bananas, peeled
  • 2 kiwis, peeled
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tsp blue spirulina powder
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ small Fuji apple, thinly sliced and cut into 1-inch flower shapes
  • 1 tsp CBD oil


Combine bananas, kiwis, pineapple, almond milk and spirulina in a blender. Blend until smooth (around 2 mins).
