I would like to return my purchase, how do I do this?
We are so sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your order. Due to the nature of our products we are unable to issue a refund. However, please email us explaining the reasoning why and we will do our best to accommodate you and help you to find a more suitable product.


How long does shipping generally take?
Our fulfillment team strives to fulfill each order within 3 business days. That includes packing and shipping. We utilize the USPS for all of our shipping needs. In most cases we use First Class Mail, which can take anywhere from 3-5 business days to arrive at its destination. We will always provide you with a tracking number; it will be generated and sent to the email you provide by Stamps.com.


My shipment has not arrived but my tracking shows that it has been delivered. Where is it?
We utilize the USPS for all of our shipping. Unfortunately, lost packages happen. Once your package is mailed, the USPS is responsible for its location and delivery. If your order appears online as “completed” but you’ve not yet received it, check your package’s tracking number. The USPS offers free tracking here¬†for all of our packages. Often times, your mail carrier has missed you and your package is waiting at the post office. If you have not received a tracking number, please use our contact form and we will get back to you within 72 hours. Please reach out to the USPS directly to resolve an issue of package tracking. However, if your package is ultimately not received, please do let us know.
